PROCEDURE
Oil or other medicated liquid ( depending upon the prescription) is heated to make lukewarm it is kept in a Dhara pot. With the controlled steady flow of liquid on the forehead, Dhara is started. Dharapot keeps moving in a pendular movement and covers the whole forehead.
DURATION
30 to 90 minutes for 7 days.
