Due To Intake Viruddha Ahara and Viruddha Vihara, Low Digestive Fire, Lack Of Physical Activity, Due To Sedimentary Life Style, Exercise Immediate After Intake of Sticky or Slimm Food.
Due To Lack of Proper Digestive Fire, It Lead To Indigested Food Mixed with Vayu and Go to Kapha Sthana and After It Mixed with Different Dosha of Body Like Vata, Pitta and Kapha, Move All Over Body Through Blood Vessels.
Then This Aama Which Will Block the Channels of Body, It Will Lead to Weakness ( Daurbalya in Body), Heaviness in Body. Then This Aama Will Go to Joint and Which Will Lead to Pain and Stiffness.
