In Charak Samhita Sutra Sthan Chapter 8 Different Types of Code of Conduct Described Are as Followes:-
(1) Samajik Sadvritta (Social Code of Conduct): -

- Always Help Poor People.

- Don’t Indulge Anti Social Activities.

- Don’t Eat, Study, Sexual Intercourse and Sleep in the Evening Time.

- Don’t Take Interest in Drinking, Gambling and Prostitutes.

- Don’t Insult Anyone.

- Don’t Become Arrogent.

- Don’t Criticise Brahmin.

(2) Vyavahrik Sadvritta (Ethical Code of Conduct): -

- Always Speak the Truth.

- Always Stop Excercises Before Getting Completely Tired Because Proper Exercise Brings Stability in Our Immune System.

- Always Sleep on Bed Which is Comfortable.it Will Relive Fatigue and Strain From Our Body.do Not Oversleep or Less Sleep.

- Do Not Take Bath Before Defecation and Cleaning Your Mouth, Do Not Take Bath in Nudity and Do Not Wear Same Clothes Before and After Bath.
