Masanumasika Pathya According to Acharyas (Monthly Dietary Regimen)
1st Month : - Cold Milk or Processed Milk.wholesome Food With Sweet, Cold and Liquid Nature.
2nd Month :- Milk Processed With Sweet Drugs.
3rd Month :- Milk Processed With Honey and Ghee.
4th Month :- Use of Milk and Butter. Processed Rice, Rice With Curd and Milk, Meat

5th Month :- Use of Milk and Ghee, Shashtika Rice Cooked With Milk.meat Processed With Milk and Ghee Which is Delicious Can Be Used.

7th Month :- Milk and Ghee Processed With Sweet Drugs.use of Ghritakhanda.
8th Month : - Rice Processed With Milk and Water and Ghee.asthapan Basti (Decoction Enema) Followed by Anuvasan Basti (Oil Enema) Are Advisable.
9th Month :- Unctous Yavagus and Meat of Jangala Desa Animals Can Be Advised Till Delivery.anuvasan Basti With Madhurausadhsidha Taila and Use of Pichu in Yoni Are Advised.
Importance of Garbhini Paricharya
1st Trimester : - During 1st Trimester Pregnant Women Have Nausea and Vomitting Results in Dehydration Loss of Nutrients So Cold, Sweet and Liquid Diet Prevent This Symptoms.
2nd Trimester : - During This Period Muscular Tissue of Fetus Grows and Require More Protein Which is Supplied From Animal Sources Such as Meat, Milk Etc.
3rd Trimester : - in 8th Month Yavagu Consumption is Balya and Brimhan Provides Nourishment to Mother and Fetus.
